• We send the orders with Royal UKmail

• Our services will ensure that your order gets dispatched on the same day and reaches you within 2-5 working days, depending upon your region.

• Some Dispatched orders may be tracked and some may not, depending on the volume and service of the order 

• If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact Customer Services on email.

• We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

• Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges which will be informed to the customer prior to dispatch.
